What Is Duck Day?

Over the past 15 years, the annual Duck Race and Festival has taken place downtown Naugatuck with over 5,000 attendees. Duck Day created a fun-filled day where family and friends gathered, enjoyed great music, tasted yummy food, shopped talented crafters and business vendors, played games and rode carnival rides! All while they waited to watch the highly anticipated Duck Race, as thousands of rubber ducks were dropped by a payloader down the Naugatuck River and raced to the finish line with the first prize of $5,000 CASH!

This year we are going virtual!  On Friday, June 4th at 4 PM we will release our first ever Virtual Duck Day Movie! Family and Friends can gather to see the excitement of Duck Day and find out who the top ten winners are!  1st Prize is $5,000 Cash with 10 other great prize packages valued at $500+ each.

All entries must be submitted by Tuesday, June 1st, 2021 by 11:59 PM to be entered to win. Chamber employees are not eligible to win.  Chances in winning depends on number of entries. All entries must be over 16 years of age.
